Century Financial, a leading financial services firm in the UAE, is seeking a Premium Relationship Manager to join its high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial instruments and capital markets, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients. You will be responsible for growing the client base through strategic networking and delivering personalized, high-touch service tailored to clients’ investment goals.

Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients
- Deliver premium service to clients through regular communication and market insights
- Conduct client risk and suitability assessments for investment recommendations
- Expand client base through referrals, networking, and event-based marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier client service and operational support
- Adhere to company ethics, compliance, and regulatory standards (CISI, SCA)
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in finance, banking, or insurance
- Proven expertise in financial markets and capital instruments
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills
- CISI and SCA certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain post-joining)
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends to meet client needs
