Job description
The Head of Talent Acquisition for this Forex business will lead the end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for high-performance teams across regulated Forex functions. This leader will drive a scalable, data-driven recruitment engine, ensuring quality hires at speed while embedding compliant processes. The role combines strategic workforce planning, pipeline generation, stakeholder partnership, and employer branding to support rapid business growth in a competitive Forex talent market.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets and workforce planning.
- Build a scalable recruiting operating rhythm including funnel reviews, forecasting, and hiring governance.
- Lead full-cycle hiring for priority Forex functions, with hands-on support for critical roles.
- Implement structured interviews, scorecards, and bar-raising practices to ensure quality hires.
- Develop and maintain talent maps for competitor clusters and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on role design, leveling, and hiring priorities.
- Build dashboards and metrics to track time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline conversion, and quality signals.
- Run post-hire quality reviews and optimize the recruiting funnel for continuous improvement.
- Manage ATS/CRM processes, automation, and standardization of workflows and candidate communications.
- Strengthen employer value proposition (EVP) and messaging to attract top Forex talent.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8–12+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in Forex industry recruitment (mandatory).
- Proven experience in regulated, high-performance, KPI-driven hiring environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale TA teams successfully.
- Strong knowledge of Forex talent pools, compensation, and competitor landscape.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
- Experience in multi-country hiring is a plus.
- Track record of building TA functions in high-growth (0→1 or 1→n) contexts.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience optimizing ATS/CRM systems and implementing automation in recruitment processes.
