Job description
As a Retail Banking Executive ā Personal Finance, you will be responsible for achieving assigned personal finance sales targets while cross-selling other retail banking products from Emirates NBD. You will actively manage key client relationships, offer tailored financial guidance, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service. The role requires a strong knowledge of the UAE market and banking regulations, along with the ability to build new business opportunities within an assigned territory. A deep understanding of Islamic banking practices, particularly within personal finance, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills and have a proven record in exceeding aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities
- Meet yearly and monthly personal finance sales targets as assigned
- Achieve cross-selling goals for other Emirates Islamic banking products and services
- Identify and explore new customer markets within the assigned territory to increase sales volumes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Educate customers on new banking products via personal visits, calls, or promotional campaigns
- Deliver exceptional customer service while providing appropriate financial product recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE banking market, regulatory environment, and product offerings
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback on market activity
- Represent the bank professionally and uphold compliance with Islamic banking principles
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in personal finance products within a UAE bank
- Currently engaged in personal finance sales in an Islamic banking environment
- University graduate with a bachelorās degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong knowledge of the UAE banking market, policies, and customer expectations
- Fluency in English; Arabic speakers preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets
- Customer-centric with analytical thinking and public relations skills
