The position requires full knowledge of Opera reservation system operations, guest profile management, rate structures, and rate management practices. The Reservations Manager ensures all administration procedures comply with hotel and company standards, supports hotel sales activities, maximizes revenue opportunities, and guarantees that all incoming calls, faxes, and reservation requests are handled accurately and confirmed within defined timelines. The role combines operational leadership, revenue awareness, and service excellence within a hotel reservations environment.
