Emirates NBD, a leading financial institution across the MENAT region and the UAEās foremost banking brand, is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Consumer Education (UAEN Only) to join its team in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting consumer education initiatives under Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic, aimed at driving positive community impact and behavioral shifts through innovative marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and on-ground activations. The Specialist will collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including government entities and educational institutions, to fulfill partnership and activation requirements. Responsibilities include using AI tools to develop creative educational content such as videos and animations, producing ongoing digital creatives for social media campaigns, and supporting content development across digital and direct communication channels. The role also involves coordinating workshops, managing department organization, and tracking budgets and expenses. Additionally, the Specialist will assist with website content management for both Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and communication strategies. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of marketing experience, a graduate degree, and familiarity with AI tools for creative development. Basic design and video editing skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, are essential. - Manage and support all consumer education initiatives under Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver marketing activations and educational campaigns
- Assist in partnership fulfillment with government entities and educational institutions
- Use AI tools to develop creative educational videos, animations, and ongoing campaign content
- Develop and maintain Always-On campaigns and social media materials aligned with brand strategy
- Coordinate with internal teams to activate workshops and educational events
- Support digital content development for continuous engagement across digital channels
- Assist in department organization, budget management, and expense tracking
- Manage website content updates for Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic, ensuring consistency with campaigns and communication messaging
- Ensure digital campaigns, website content, and direct communications deliver a cohesive and impactful customer experience
Experience & skills
- Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or digital marketing environments
- Proficiency in AI tools for content creation, including video and animation development
- Basic design and video editing skills for digital marketing materials
- Experience in managing social media and Always-On campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage partnerships and coordinate with government or educational institutions
- Strong organizational and budget tracking abilities
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and educational content
