Job description
IT Partner Success Manager role within a global fintech organization based in Dubai focused on enabling seamless technical integrations and optimizing digital payment ecosystems across a global network of PSPs, banks, wallets, marketplaces, and technology platforms. The role combines technical solutioning, API integration support, and strategic partner management to ensure successful onboarding, integration, adoption, and performance optimization of digital payment solutions. The position serves as the primary technical and operational point of contact for assigned partners and is responsible for supporting API-based system integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating resolution with internal engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams. The role requires monitoring partner performance metrics including transaction volumes, API success rates, latency, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities and improve system performance. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, reducing integration friction, improving platform stability, and enhancing partner experience across the full integration lifecycle. The role also involves ensuring compliance with security, fraud prevention, and regulatory standards, as well as supporting commercial teams in upsell and expansion opportunities through technical enablement and performance insights.

Key responsibilities
- Act as primary technical and operational point of contact for assigned fintech partners including PSPs, banks, wallets, and technology platforms
- Support API integration, implementation, onboarding, and troubleshooting of payment solutions and digital products
- Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and compliance teams to resolve technical integration issues and improve system performance
- Monitor partner performance metrics including transaction volumes, API success rates, latency, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive operational excellence by improving integration stability, reducing friction, and enhancing partner experience across platforms
- Ensure adherence to security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance standards across all partner integrations
- Coordinate escalation management and technical issue resolution with internal engineering teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration workflows, and best practices for partner lifecycle management
Experience & skills
- Possess 5+ years of experience in partner success, technical account management, IT operations, or related roles
- Demonstrate strong understanding of payment systems, fintech ecosystems, and digital transaction platforms
- Exhibit experience working with API integrations and system integration technologies
- Show strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, risk, and compliance functions
- Ability to manage multiple global partners in a fast-paced fintech environment
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
