The Senior Site Architect at RMJM will lead the architectural supervision and delivery of complex high-profile construction projects in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring that all architectural components meet design intent, quality standards, and statutory regulations. The position includes oversight of site activities, review of technical submissions, coordination with contractors and authorities, and technical input on material selection and construction methodologies. Responsibilities include conducting daily site inspections, managing QA/QC compliance, leading value engineering initiatives, and resolving design-related issues. The role also entails mentoring junior team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain progress and resolve interface challenges. Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of UAE and international codes and standards (UAE FLS, NFPA, IBC, ASTM, BS, EN), as well as sustainable design principles like LEED and Estidama. This position requires at least 10 years of post-graduate experience, with 5 years in site supervision, ideally with an international design consultancy. International accreditations such as RIBA, AIA, or PMP are preferred.
