Key responsibilities

• Assist to Prepare a monthly report with operational data to support the review of the operational performance of the contract in question
• Ensure FM services are delivered as per sold solution manpower resources only
• Identify and record continuous improvement initiatives - process improvement or cost savings
• Manage the project service delivery performance and ensure the SLA/KPI’s are complying
• Add value to the client’s business by either presenting with initiatives that drive down costs or complementing their objectives by proposing initiatives in line with their business goals
• Delivery of FM services in line with agreed contractual SLA/KPI’s to ensure no penalties and deduction
• Devise and conduct induction and continuation training for new staff, recording all training
• Monitor service level agreements monthly and resolve/escalate any issues to line manager
• Coordinate procurement of materials/services/projects with procurement team
• Manage specialist services contractors/vendors within TG scope or as managing agent
• Report staff sickness, absence, and holidays per company policies
• Liaise with clients to exceed customer expectations and develop strong working relationships
• Conduct site visits and resolve issues raised by clients
• Manage contract service delivery in line with international FM standards and statutory compliance
• Order project equipment and machinery
• Oversee contract staff induction and ongoing training
• Arrange and control local order purchases
• Conduct monthly account reviews with Line Manager
• Monitor resource utilization for optimal service delivery
• Prepare monthly staff meetings and daily/weekly site briefings
• Ensure timely invoice generation in coordination with Admin and Finance
• Execute energy management projects with guidance from the energy manager
• Integrate new technologies, develop case studies and ROI business proposals
