Job description
Quality Assurance and Post Market Surveillance activities across Stryker's MENA organization run through this Senior Specialist role, executed in line with local, regional and corporate procedures and requirements. You support the implementation and maintenance of the local Quality Management System, keeping regulatory compliance on track at every stage. Product safety reporting gets coordinated directly, with communications supported across healthcare professionals, distributors and regulatory authorities. Quality events, including non-conformances, CAPAs and their follow-up activities, get managed with close attention to detail. Procedures, work instructions and SOPs get developed, updated and implemented as quality standards evolve. Internal and external audits receive support throughout, alongside inspection readiness activities that keep the organization prepared. Quality and compliance training gets delivered to employees, with onboarding support extended to new team members. Cross-functional work keeps quality requirements integrated into business processes, and regional or global quality system changes get implemented locally as they roll out. QA and PMS metrics get monitored, collected and reported to support continuous improvement, and EEMEA and global RAQA teams get engaged regularly to advance shared business and regulatory objectives.
