Hungerstation is looking for a Saudi National Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Data roles. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive hiring strategies, and contribute to employer branding while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to managerial tech roles
- Develop hiring strategies with senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Source talent across GCC, focusing on KSA and UAE
- Use analytics to drive recruitment efficiency and reporting
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Experience & skills
- 5+ years in tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record in Engineering, Product, and Data hiring
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Data-savvy with a focus on process improvement
- Must be a Saudi National (per role eligibility)
