Job description
Sephora runs nearly 500 beauty brands across 35 countries, and this Store Manager role in Kuwait sits at the center of how that experience plays out on the shop floor day to day. You'll set the tone for client experience, taking over floor leadership segments personally and coaching the team through difficult situations to keep client satisfaction on track. Sales performance runs alongside this, balancing targets across selective, exclusive and Sephora Collection lines while reinforcing the sales techniques taught at Sephora University. Store operations depend on close attention to detail, from monitoring stock availability and flagging low stock to Head Office, to keeping merchandising, testers and pricing aligned with company policy. Business analysis feeds into all of it, tracking KPIs, market conditions and client needs to shape action plans that boost performance and product results. People management sits at the heart of the job too, with daily coaching, recruitment, succession planning and training follow up through tools like Axonify keeping the team developing. Reporting runs both ways, with business reports completed for Head Office and product recommendations shared back based on local market knowledge. A bachelor's degree and five to six years of store management experience are required, along with advanced English and Arabic considered a plus. Strong digital orientation, analytical skills and commercial awareness round out what the role calls for.
