Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrate minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
- Demonstrate strong lease negotiation experience and commercial property transaction management
- Show experience conducting market research, market analysis, and financial analysis
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and real estate software platforms
- Show experience using CRM systems and lead management tools
- Demonstrate ability to interpret market data, investment analysis, and financial reporting
