The Senior Sales Manager (Corporate Hotel Sales) at Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is responsible for driving corporate sales growth and supporting the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives within the hospitality and hotel management industry. Operating within a newly opened cluster of hotels located in Dubai’s Business Bay district, the property includes 275 hotel rooms and 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with food and beverage offerings and meetings and events facilities. The Senior Sales Manager works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies focused on the corporate market segment, ensuring alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and IHG’s hospitality service philosophy. The role involves identifying and pursuing new corporate business opportunities, building and managing relationships with corporate clients, and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders including corporate bookers, travel managers, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and other decision-makers within the travel and hospitality ecosystem. The position manages corporate account portfolios across local, regional, and global markets while supporting the handling of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and managing consortia and TMC partnerships for both short-stay and long-stay business segments. The Senior Sales Manager represents the hotel in sales calls, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads, strengthen brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. The role is responsible for meeting and exceeding defined sales targets, revenue objectives, and market share expectations while ensuring consistent engagement with existing clients through account management and business development activities. Operating in the competitive Business Bay hospitality market near major attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Jumeirah Beach, the Senior Sales Manager contributes to strengthening the hotel's corporate presence and increasing occupancy and revenue performance through proactive corporate sales development and strong market knowledge.

- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing corporate sales strategies for the hotel
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with existing corporate clients through regular meetings, engagement, and structured account management
- Manage and grow key corporate accounts across local, regional, and global markets to strengthen business partnerships
- Handle Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and manage consortia and Travel Management Companies (TMC) partnerships for corporate business
- Represent the hotel at sales calls, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and market share expectations
- Analyze corporate market trends and identify opportunities to expand business in the Business Bay hospitality market
Experience & skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience as Sales Manager - Corporate within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment
- Demonstrate experience managing and growing key corporate accounts across local, regional, and global markets
- Have practical experience handling short-stay and long-stay corporate business including RFP handling
- Demonstrate experience managing consortia and Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
- Show ability to identify new corporate business opportunities and adapt to demand shifts within the hospitality market
- Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with corporate bookers, travel managers, TMCs, and business decision-makers
- Possess strong knowledge of the Dubai Business Bay hospitality market and corporate travel environment
