Job description
The Client Onboarding Branches Associate acts as a key contact and subject matter expert for onboarding new customers, handling incremental business requests, and renewing existing customer KYC records. The role involves working closely with Front Office teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, prioritizing active requests, improving onboarding processes, and maintaining exceptional client onboarding experiences. The Associate will also lead peers on shared portfolios and stay informed about regulatory changes and internal process updates.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the KYC book of work for New Business/Renewals for designated Front Office sub-LOB
- Build strong partnerships, identify challenges, and eliminate roadblocks with internal partners
- Work with Front Office teams and clients to obtain necessary supporting evidence for KYC
- Ensure all client information is accurate, complete, and compliant with AML and due diligence standards
- Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignments with Global Maker teams
- Stay up to date with process, procedure, and regulatory changes, and communicate impacts
- Manage personal workload and escalate key risks/issues to management
- Identify and execute process improvements and support key process and technology initiatives
- Serve as a role model to peers and drive training and best practice sharing
- Lead peers engaged on the same portfolio

- Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
