Job description
The Senior Manager - Brand Development will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that align with flydubai’s goals, enhance brand identity, and drive brand equity. This includes launching impactful campaigns to boost revenue and expand market presence globally. The role oversees brand consistency across channels, manages brand projects, leads integrated campaigns, and collaborates with internal teams and external agencies. The Senior Manager will also mentor the Advertising & Branding, Marketing, and Content & Graphic teams, conduct market research, enhance brand guidelines, and ensure performance metrics are in place to measure brand equity, awareness, engagement, and market share.

- Develops and implements comprehensive brand strategies aligned with flydubai objectives and airline strategy.
- Analyses brand performance metrics, develops insights, and refines strategies.
- Ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, evolving guidelines as necessary.
- Leads brand-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Coordinates with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective communication.
- Measures and reports on campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Leads and mentors Advertising & Branding, Marketing, Content, and Graphic teams.
- Plans ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
- Develops and monitors brand performance metrics and measuring tools.
- Collaborates with Customer Experience and research teams to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Enhances and maintains brand guidelines, visual identity standards, voice, and messaging.
- Maintains brand audit processes to strengthen brand performance and positioning.
- Shapes and enhances flydubai’s brand identity and market presence through effective planning and execution.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years).
- 12 - 14 years of experience in brand development or related roles.
- Previous experience in aviation or travel industry preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Proven expertise in brand performance analysis and reporting.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to mentor and lead multi-functional teams.
- Strong background in market research and competitive analysis.
- Knowledge of developing brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and voice consistency.
- Experience in measuring brand equity, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
