Job description
Based at the GEMS Corporate Office in Abu Dhabi, the Marketing & Social Media Executive leads the end-to-end marketing and digital presence for GEMS Schools in Abu Dhabi, building GEMS Educationâs social media presence through innovative content, community management, and stakeholder engagement. The role partners with schools to ensure social campaigns are locally resonant and globally aligned, driving engagement and reinforcing GEMSâ position as a trusted education brand. Responsibilities include developing and executing social content calendars for group and school campaigns; partnering with school marketing managers to adapt content for local audiences; managing community engagement and reputation across social platforms; leading creative development for short-form content (reels, shorts, live streaming); collaborating with PR and admissions on campaigns supporting enrolment; providing schools with toolkits, templates, and guidance for effective social media execution; and tracking, analysing, and optimising performance across platforms while sharing learnings with schools to drive enrolments and build vibrant online communities aligned to each schoolâs unique brand and GEMS Educationâs global reputation.

- Skilled at managing stakeholders across multiple schools
- Preferably an Arabic speaker
- Ability to work within safeguarding requirements; a UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite
