Job description
The Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, maximize product sales, and enhance QDF's brand visibility. The role involves end-to-end campaign coordination across print, digital, and multimedia, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution. Candidates will manage campaign performance, collaborate with internal teams and external media partners, and prepare reports to track success and drive improvements. The position reports directly to the Head of Department and supports Qatar Airways Group business objectives through innovative 360° campaigns.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the development and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate campaign production including print, digital, and multimedia content.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign assets to align with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Qatar Airways, HIA teams, and other stakeholders to expand integrated media solutions.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports on business trends, brand needs, and competitive activity.
- Leverage QDFâs Trinity model USP to deliver 360° marketing campaigns.
- Create mock-ups and media proposals to support campaign rollout.
- Liaise with media and creative suppliers to enhance brand exposure.
- Monitor vendor site production to ensure budget, timeline, and quality adherence.
- Plan personal workload to maximize ROI on time investment.
- Maintain compliance with DOA and Procurement policies.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as directed by leadership.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in campaign marketing with a focus on production and content creation.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in an advertising agency or medium-sized retail duty-free environment preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in executing large marketing and advertising campaigns.
