Funds move across several currencies, entities and jurisdictions every day at this high-growth international brokerage and proprietary trading business, and the CFO keeps that flow under control from Dubai. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you lead group financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. Treasury, liquidity, payments and banking relationships across international entities sit with you. Trading-related revenues, costs and exposures from CFD brokerage and proprietary trading operations need close financial oversight. International entity structuring, tax planning, transfer pricing and cross-border funding arrangements are managed here. Consolidated reporting, audit, internal controls and governance all report up to you. Finance processes and systems are strengthened so they keep pace with international growth. Teams across Finance, Treasury, Payments and Audit are spread across locations and led by you. At least 10 to 15 years in finance with senior leadership experience in CFD brokerage, proprietary or funded trading, or online trading platforms is required, with ACA, ACCA, CPA or CFA preferred.
