A leading financial institution in the UAE is hiring an Officer ā Developer Management to support its Home Finance business by managing relationships with real estate developers and government housing programs. The role involves coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting sales efforts, ensuring smooth processing of finance applications, and helping identify new growth opportunities. The candidate will play a vital part in ensuring compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business performance through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities
- Support sales through strategic relationships with Developers and Government Housing Programs across all Emirates.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and implement opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure seamless Home Finance application processing through internal coordination.
- Create cross-sell initiatives such as project financing and investment advisory services.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities with developer partners.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Contribute to business reporting and MIS analytics for informed decision-making.
Experience & skills
- Higher Diploma or Diploma required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
- 2ā3 years of experience in banking, preferably in home finance or real estate developer relations.
- Knowledge of Islamic Finance principles and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in customer service, compliance, and operational risk awareness.
- Familiarity with government housing programs and banking sales channels.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage partner expectations.
