Job description
Four days a week are spent in stores, which says a lot about how hands-on this Retail Manager role at Sephora Middle East is meant to be. A group of stores sits in your area, and Store Managers look to you for coaching, direction and support in turning retail plans into results. Sales turnover against budget comes first, followed by conversion, ATV, UPT and Sephora Collection targets. CRM recruitment, CRM contribution and App sign-ups show how well stores connect with customers. Store productivity is managed through Rotageek and back-office modelling, while shrinkage control and audit results above 85% keep operations tight. Merchandising concepts, store standards and key product launches all need to land consistently. People development matters just as much, with succession planning, recruitment and development plans built alongside training and education, and Happy App and Lovemeter scores held above 80%. Candidates need 5 to 7 years of multi-store management, including flagship experience in a key regional mall, a degree in Business or Administration and a valid driving licence, with Arabic a plus.
