Strategic Account Executive – Public Sector role based in KAFD, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia focused on driving Adobe growth in KSA public sector by opening net-new relationships, penetrating strategic public sector accounts and converting whitespace into material pipeline across KSA and the Middle East. Works in a SaaS solution environment, champions Adobe’s proposition and orchestrates global cross-functional pursuits, aligning internal and external teams and partners behind a single client vision. Responsibilities include identifying, developing and closing business across large public sector accounts; building and maintaining senior relationships with government leaders including Deputy Ministers and C-Suite executives; shaping long-term digital agendas by influencing senior decision-makers and simplifying complex concepts; developing a self-sourced pipeline using structured account planning, rigorous territory management and proactive multi-threading; leading multi-million-dollar digital transformation and customer experience programmes from opportunity shaping through commercial negotiation and executive approval; orchestrating global cross-functional teams (product, presales, consulting, industry, legal, finance, executive sponsors) to deliver on client vision; managing an extended ecosystem of partners and system integrators with role clarity, accountability and progress against strategic outcomes; applying value-based selling by quantifying impact and articulating measurable outcomes and influencing strategic/economic rationale for change; maintaining sales process hygiene including accurate forecasting and CRM management; and developing and cultivating partner ecosystem with comfort in indirect/partner sales motions. Requirements include degree or equivalent qualification/experience, minimum 3 years experience in a SaaS solution environment, proven track record as a sales hunter opening new relationships and converting whitespace into pipeline, experience selling into global enterprise customers and securing multi-million multi-year deals, demonstrated ability to build self-sourced pipeline and manage territory, confidence with senior government leaders and executives, ability to orchestrate complex pursuits, experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes, and capability in negotiation and presentation; based in Riyadh with strong knowledge of the Saudi public and private sector landscape; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
