Senior Enterprise Account Executive

UiPath is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on Logistics, Travel, and Transportation to work with the largest organizations across the United Arab Emirates, delivering enterprise automation solutions that transform business operations through robotic process automation. The role involves engaging daily with C-level executives, senior business leaders, and heads of process improvement and automation to deliver measurable business and individual value. The position is responsible for analyzing territory and market potential, developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, and achieving agreed quarterly sales targets. The role requires evangelizing UiPath’s brand by presenting, promoting, and selling automation solutions using a value-selling approach, educating customers on financial and professional benefits, and building long-term enterprise relationships. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, local partners, and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and ensure successful implementations. Close collaboration with the Customer Success Management group is required to maximize customer value and resolve issues efficiently. The role includes monitoring industry competitors, new products, and market conditions, reporting customer needs and competitive intelligence to management, and proactively identifying opportunities through business-led discussions. The position requires strict compliance with UiPath’s internal policies and operates within a flexible working environment depending on business and role needs.
