Manager - Business Advisory

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to the CBO and other leaders at Home Centre, part of Landmark Group, identifying initiatives of strategic importance and operational improvements that need to be pursued. You will be part of the annual strategic planning process, identifying key growth levers, and you are responsible for reviewing key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. Your responsibilities include internal and external communications, operational support, and interaction with the Landmark Leadership Team. You will set the leader's strategic priorities and help identify areas where the leader must direct their focus, strategically managing the leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities. You are responsible for preparing agendas for all meetings and reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible, and managing information flow to ensure the leader's involvement in projects or decision-making processes at the right moment. You will build relationships across the organisation, staying well connected with those reporting to the leader and others to influence outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships critical to the role's success. In this role you will oversee cross-functional and concept-wide projects or initiatives, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions, and you will research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
