The Senior Developer â SAP EWM ABAP at GMG is responsible for SAP EWM and S/4HANA ABAP development across various SAP systems supporting GMG IT. The role entails collaborating with functional consultants and end users to discover, design, and develop solutions. This position involves extensive work on ALV reports, enhancements (implicit and explicit), IDocs, RFCs, and function modules. The developer will contribute to integrations using RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData Services, and IDOCs, and perform performance analysis with tools such as runtime analysis, SQL trace, and HANA profiling. The role demands experience in code push-down with AMDP and CDS views, HR ABAP with infotype and payroll functions, BADI implementations, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and data dictionary object design. Prior experience in ecommerce integration, SAP IS Retail MM/SD processes, process orchestration, and Fiori extensions is preferred. Emphasis is placed on EWM development tasks including RF programs, printer determination, TU loading checks, put-away processes, inventory recounting, and HU labeling. The developer will also be responsible for documenting technical specifications and participating in incident handling, change requests, and project-based work.
