The Business Partner â Financial Planning and Analysis at Atlantis Dubai is responsible for supporting the coordination and preparation of operating budgets, capital investment budgets, and rolling forecasts. This role acts as a liaison between operational departments and the FP&A team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial data. It includes preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing variances from budget to actuals, and recommending areas for improvement. The role oversees month-end processes, labor cost forecasting, and reporting. It requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position contributes to strategic financial presentations and ad hoc analysis while supervising Capex, Opex, and payroll reporting accuracy. The incumbent will operate in a high-energy hospitality environment, delivering innovation and excellence consistent with Atlantis Dubaiâs world-class guest experience standards.
