Key responsibilities include overseeing paid media, social media, CRM, websites/apps, loyalty integration, and digital innovation. The role emphasizes data-driven marketing to enhance customer engagement and drive commercial value. Specific business goals supported include increasing footfall for malls, leasing and community building for Residential & Commercial, and enhancing B2B presence for Contracting. The role also involves managing agency relationships, aligning with group platforms such as Blue Rewards, and upskilling teams on digital best practices to elevate AFREās brand and support long-term growth. The manager is expected to drive targeted, personalized, and measurable customer engagement initiatives, establish CRM reporting frameworks aligned with customer lifetime value objectives, govern social media strategy across platforms, lead project management for redevelopment of AFREās websites and apps, and explore new digital tools and technologies that can enhance efficiency, automation, or customer engagement, including AI and digital experience platforms.
