The Senior Partner Account Manager (Turkey & Qatar) role at Cloudflare is a senior-level sales and channel leadership position responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem across Turkey and Qatar, while being based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement. Cloudflare operates one of the world’s largest global networks, delivering cloud-based Internet security, performance, and reliability solutions that protect and accelerate Internet applications without requiring hardware, software installation, or code changes. In this role, the Senior Partner Account Manager leads high-value, strategic partner relationships, develops and executes joint business plans, aligns with senior partner stakeholders on mutual growth objectives, and ensures partners are fully enabled to drive partner-sourced revenue. The position spans the full sales lifecycle from opportunity registration through deal closure, influencing partner go-to-market strategies, managing partner incentive programs such as MDF and SPIFF, and coordinating closely with internal sales, solution engineering, marketing, customer success, and operations teams. The role requires deep expertise in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and security solutions, strong regional experience across Turkey and Qatar, fluency in English and Turkish, and the ability to manage complex, global partner relationships while sharing analytics, metrics, and performance insights with executive and technical stakeholders. Travel of approximately 30–50% is required, and the role may involve access to information governed by U.S. export control regulations.
