Senior Quantity Surveyor – Marine & Infrastructure Works responsible for overseeing cost management, estimating, and financial control activities for large-scale marine and infrastructure projects, including reviewing and verifying cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, variation orders, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and company requirements. The role involves working closely with design consultants, contractors, and project management teams to prepare forecasts, monitor project budgets, review final cost reports, and support contractual and financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires developing and maintaining systems for Design Consultant covering budgeting, cost control, estimating and reporting, reviewing construction project activities related to variations and submissions for management approvals, ensuring cost estimating and cost control requirements for variations are incorporated into tender specification documents, reviewing cost estimates submitted by consultants and contractors for compliance with agreement, contract drawings and specifications, verifying project control budgets and updating them for management approval, preparing forecasts for final project costs including variations and commitments, preparing and updating cost data, reviewing final cost reports, asset registers, and project closeout reports for compliance with contract requirements, reviewing change requests, contract trend notices, variation orders, and claims, and ensuring adherence to Hill International Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures. The role also includes maintaining strong client relationships, supporting FIDIC-based cost and contract management practices, and providing contractual and financial guidance across marine and infrastructure project delivery lifecycle.
