Senior Visual Communications & Business Analyst within Qatar Airways Product Development and Design (PDD) team responsible for transforming complex business data, product strategies, conceptual ideas, research insights, and business problems into clear, compelling visual narratives that support executive decision making across Product Development, Insights, Strategy, and cross functional teams. The role supports the creation of high impact presentations for executive meetings, strategic reviews, leadership updates, and product roadmap discussions while translating abstract concepts, customer insights, and product strategies into visually engaging slides, annotated visuals, mockups, diagrams, charts, iconography, dashboards, and data visualization outputs. The position involves working with raw content such as notes, sketches, market insights, research data, business cases, financial analyses, ROI models, benchmark results, customer data, and product data, converting them into visually structured content and executive level presentations using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization tools. The role partners with Strategy, Research & Insights, Business Analysis, product managers, designers, analysts, and operational teams to gather inputs, align messaging, and develop presentations that articulate project highlights, value propositions, implementation plans, and strategic proposals. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency in visual language, formatting, brand alignment, and applying strong design principles to establish visual hierarchy, produce custom iconography, develop visual frameworks, and maintain high visual polish for senior stakeholders. The position operates within Qatar Airways' aviation product innovation environment focused on inflight products, passenger comfort, and airline experience innovation, supporting operational excellence, visual communication standards, workflows, storytelling practices, and managing multiple presentation and design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
