The role requires conducting performance reviews for assigned advertiser campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities, recommending adjustments, executing campaign changes, and producing comprehensive post-campaign reports with actionable insights for advertisers and internal stakeholders. The position includes applying optimization tactics such as budget adjustments, implementing optimization strategies tailored to campaign goals, troubleshooting complex campaign issues independently, escalating to appropriate stakeholders when necessary, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role also includes providing guidance to junior team members on routine tasks. The candidate must possess 4-6 years of experience, a BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field related to retail, FMCG, Product and Tech, and demonstrated experience in E-commerce, Performance Marketing, and Paid Social. The role requires experience managing multiple advertising campaigns and accounts, working with cross-functional teams at all levels of management, and delivering in complex and fast-paced environments. Technical capabilities include Advanced Excel skills, analyzing datasets, delivering actionable insights, and familiarity with Looker and Tableau. The role also requires a strong understanding of digital media metrics including CPC and CPM. The position is based in Manama, Bahrain, and is on-site.
