The Commercial Banking Associate at Citi in Dubai supports Senior Relationship Managers in servicing Mid-Market clients with international footprints by delivering comprehensive commercial banking solutions across Transactional Banking, FX, Trade, Treasury, Working Capital, and Lending products. The role involves supporting client relationship management, onboarding new clients, managing assigned client portfolios, and deepening relationships with existing clients while assisting in new business acquisition. The position requires collaboration with internal operational teams, risk teams, and product specialists to deliver a client-first service model. Responsibilities include credit application write-up, financial spreading, deal structuring, returns calculation, documentation review and preparation, and administration of credit relationships in accordance with institutional policies. The role also supports product implementation, onboarding workflows, and management of Customer Relationship Management platforms. The associate assists with pitch book development, client presentations, and solution assessment while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The position plays a key role in monitoring risks, supporting deal execution, and delivering operational support for Mid-Market clients within Citi’s global commercial banking network.
