The Sales & Leasing Brokerage Consultant at CBRE in Dubai is responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of small to medium commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients for occupation. As part of the Brokerage function, the role covers buying, selling, and leasing of office and commercial properties, applying comprehensive knowledge and specialized expertise to structure and develop deals. Responsibilities include uncovering tenant and landlord needs, prospecting, networking, relationship building, securing new and expanded business opportunities, and selling additional services to existing clients. The consultant compiles and analyzes property data including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and listing or tenant representative presentations; prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP); produces real estate reports covering average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons; assists legal teams in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages; accompanies clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms; provides information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values; prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under supervision; drafts marketing materials and correspondence; maintains accurate data in company databases; and applies standard principles and techniques to deliver complex assignments within Dubai’s commercial brokerage, strata, and off-plan real estate market, particularly in Business Bay, Downtown, SZR, and DIFC areas, utilizing Microsoft Office tools and financial calculations to support decision-making and reporting.
