Responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements for end-to-end solutions. Acts as Technology Single Point of Contact with business units to provide optimum solutions with cost-effective and improved Time to Market (TTM). Facilitates all Digital Initiatives, adapts Agile and DevOps practices, communicates feasibility and cost estimates, and leads solution design and implementation for Digital platforms (Mobile App, Portal), middleware, and associated IT nodes. Manages Business as Usual tasks and Change Requests within agreed SLA, oversees ADM vendor management including HLD & LLD approvals, optimizes man-days, and aligns technology capabilities with marketing/product needs. Supports inter-departmental coordination, SLA/KPI management, acceptance criteria, quality checks, UAT/regression testing, configuration management, system integration, and deployment. Provides leadership in project facilitation, process frameworks, cost-saving measures, and vendor governance. Guides project members, aligns projects with Ooredoo group strategy, and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and telecom best practices. Leads Siebel CRM architecture for Telecom solutions, designs integrations across BSS/OSS nodes, translates business requirements into scalable Siebel designs, defines performance, security, and scalability standards, and collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
