Responsibilities include leading technical reviews, design assurance processes, and readiness assessments, reviewing engineering calculations, design reports, specifications, BIM models, and IFC packages, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as EN standards, IEC standards, and AREMA standards, as well as Middle East authority requirements and internal quality frameworks. The role promotes digital engineering, model-based design, and data-driven decision-making while supporting procurement through technical specifications, tender evaluations, and scope definition. The position involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities, and requires leadership in technical workshops, design coordination, and interface resolution sessions.
