The position involves troubleshooting operational issues, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementing fixes to prevent recurrence. Performance monitoring, performance tuning, and efficiency improvements are critical, along with reducing performance challenges. The role includes development and maintenance of SOP documentation, data architecture guidance, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, and test plans. The administrator must provide regular reporting on database and system activities, including progress, status, and future actions. Additionally, the role leverages automation and Service Improvement Plan (SIP) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The position includes SLA management, knowledge management, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and risk identification and mitigation. Team management responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational programs and standards. The role also supports delivery of new projects with focus on timely execution, avoiding unauthorized changes, and minimizing escalations within a dynamic digital transformation environment.
