Manager of Retail Media Partnerships

This role within the Regional Retail Media Partnerships team is responsible for managing and growing retail media partnerships with packaged goods, personal care, frozen, and household brands. The manager acts as a trusted partner to these brands, helping them leverage talabat’s retail media solutions and data tools to drive category growth, brand visibility, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, distributors, and agencies, developing tailored advertising and data-driven strategies aligned with commercial objectives, driving adoption of data tools, optimizing campaigns to deliver high ROAS and brand impact, collaborating with Talabat Mart and local market commercial teams on trade calendars, launches, and promotions, identifying new media partnership opportunities, expanding existing relationships, providing structured product feedback to internal teams, overseeing execution of partner activations across media and marketing channels, aligning local and regional account priorities, staying ahead of packaged goods, household, and personal care trends, and sharing best practices internally to enable cross-market collaboration. The role emphasizes the use of advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, and requires expertise in retail media, e-commerce, and CPG account management.
