The role focuses on transforming existing content into engaging, platform-optimized formats suitable for digital audiences while planning and executing content calendars aligned with campaigns and content strategies. The position involves identifying compelling moments, ideas, and narratives within content and presenting them in formats that resonate with online audiences. The specialist stays updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates to maximize reach and performance while collaborating with content, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless content flow and distribution. Responsibilities include optimizing content for each platform through captions, hooks, thumbnails, and format adjustments, creating simple visual assets using Canva, supporting quick content edits, monitoring content performance using analytics tools, generating insights on engagement and growth, and maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and brand identity across all platforms. The role requires understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats, familiarity with fast-paced content production tools, video editing capabilities, digital storytelling, audience behavior analysis, and performance tracking to maximize content reach and engagement while managing multiple content streams efficiently.
