by Informa Group in Event Management
Tahaluf (a joint venture between Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and the Events Investment Fund) seeks a highly skilled Senior Designer for Portfolio 3 at Roshn Front, Riyadh, to serve as the primary design partner shaping creative output and identity across large-scale event brands. As the first dedicated Senior Designer within this portfolio, the role spans strategic and hands-on delivery across pitch presentations, brand identity development and refresh, brand guidelines, social content, marketing materials, digital assets, and event collateral, ensuring accuracy, on-brand execution, and high craft standards. Operating within Saudi Arabia’s leading B2B live and on-demand events organizer—behind record-breaking platforms such as LEAP (technology), Cityscape (real estate), Black Hat MEA (largest CTF record), and CPHI Middle East (pharma debut)—the position collaborates with marketing and brand teams, the portfolio Vice President, the Creative Director, and external agencies to brief, execute, review, and guide creative work. Responsibilities include end-to-end project ownership from concept to delivery, stakeholder communication and expectation alignment, proactive progress reporting and risk flagging, creative strategy contributions aligned to business goals and market trends, reimagining and refreshing existing brand guidelines, creating new brand identities for future IPs with consistent systems, maintaining quality control and brand consistency across print, digital, and event environments, and setting the creative standard as the team scales. The role requires Arabic fluency (speaking and writing), proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with motion/video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma (bonus), awareness of social trends and industry best practices, and the ability to thrive amid occasional last-minute requests, weekend work, and extended hours typical of the events industry. Benefits include medical insurance (individual/family), 25 days annual leave, remote working on Sundays, one month ‘work anywhere’ annually, school fees contribution, wellbeing benefits, residency visa and dependent fees, annual flight allowance for expats, and local/international relocation support where eligible.
