The Manager – Performance Marketing role at Jumeirah Group & Corporate is responsible for leading and optimizing high-impact digital performance marketing strategies across the group’s global luxury hospitality portfolio. The position drives measurable growth across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and programmatic display channels in close partnership with leading agencies and internal stakeholders. The role owns end-to-end digital channel performance, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative rotation, budget pacing, and ROI optimization to accelerate commercial outcomes across Jumeirah’s .com platforms. Responsibilities include deep performance analysis using campaign dashboards, GA4, and Looker Studio, conducting quarterly performance reviews, and translating insights into structured improvement plans. The role fuels digital revenue growth across rooms, wellbeing, F&B, and other portfolio verticals, while championing experimentation through CRO and A/B testing. In addition, the role leads innovation, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, media, and agency partners, ensuring strong governance, execution excellence, and sustained digital performance at scale within a luxury hospitality environment.
