The Digital Technology Lead - Government Transformation is responsible for architecting and implementing next-generation digital platforms to modernize government operations, streamline citizen services, and enable data-driven policymaking. The role combines strategic technology vision with hands-on execution, requiring direct engagement in designing APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform integrations while ensuring technical excellence through code reviews, architecture validation, and iterative delivery. The position leads end-to-end digital transformation programs across government agencies from conception and design to full implementation, modernizes legacy systems into secure and interoperable digital platforms supporting real-time analytics and AI-driven services, and deploys emerging technologies including AI/ML, RPA, data platforms, and digital identity systems to enhance citizen experiences and operational efficiency. The role defines scalable digital architecture standards, security frameworks, and integration models aligned with national data and digital government strategies, and partners with ministry leaders, digital offices, and external vendors to ensure delivery excellence, technology alignment, and measurable public value. The position requires proficiency in modern technology stacks including cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), APIs, data platforms, and automation tools, as well as deep understanding of digital government principles, service design, and interoperability standards.
