The Head of Sales & GTM – Trading role at Lean is a senior commercial leadership position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with responsibility for owning and scaling the go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and market penetration for Lean’s Trading vertical across the UAE and KSA. The role operates within a rapidly scaling fintech organization transitioning into a multi-product, verticalized commercial model, serving crypto trading platforms, exchanges, investment applications, brokerages, liquidity providers, market makers, OTC desks, and crypto-native wallets. The position owns full P&L accountability for the Trading vertical and defines the vertical roadmap covering trading-specific funding flows, instant withdrawals, verification, fraud controls, KYC, KYT, liquidity management, token risk, settlement, custody, treasury, and wallet experiences. The role leads complex enterprise sales cycles with founders, executives, CTOs, compliance leaders, treasury owners, and product teams, positioning Lean as a critical infrastructure layer for faster onboarding, lower risk, improved liquidity, and seamless funding and withdrawal experiences. It partners closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and RevOps to drive GTM execution, activation quality, time-to-value, and consumption growth. The role represents Lean across the trading ecosystem, builds deep operator networks, ensures regulatory and compliance alignment, and builds and leads a dedicated GTM pod with accountability for forecasting, pipeline health, and trading-specific revenue outcomes.
