The Assistant Manager Public Relations Officer (PRO) role at talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end visa, work permit, residency, social insurance, and regulatory compliance processes for employees across eight countries in the MENA region. The position ensures full compliance with country-specific labor laws, immigration regulations, and statutory requirements while supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employee populations in a multi-country environment. Responsibilities include tracking visa statuses, renewals, and expirations; coordinating social insurance, pension, and statutory benefit registrations and deregistrations; maintaining accurate records for audits; supporting onboarding and offboarding activities; and preparing compliance and regulatory reports. The role requires hands-on operational expertise, strong attention to detail, and direct engagement with payroll, finance, HR, legal teams, and government entities to ensure timely submissions, approvals, and adherence to regulatory standards across the MENA region.
