The role delivers high-quality assessment and coaching data translated into meaningful insights that support employee and leader development, as well as strategic talent and business decisions. The SME serves as a trusted expert input provider for designing and maintaining a comprehensive assessment and coaching portfolio, covering needs assessment, applied research, assessment methodology and design, data analysis, and evaluation. Operating within one of the world’s largest and most profitable energy companies, the role supports leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring high standards of reliability, validity, consistency, and ethical integrity across enterprise-wide assessment and coaching practices. The position applies advanced data analytics techniques, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, and contributes to thought leadership to ensure offerings remain aligned with emerging trends and scientific rigor in assessment and coaching.
