Site Materials and Warehouse Manager

The Site Materials and Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all site material and warehouse activities for ADNOC oil and gas projects, ensuring timely receipt, proper storage, full inventory control, preservation, and issuance of materials in strict compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and EPCM procedures to support uninterrupted construction and commissioning activities. The role leads all materials management, warehousing, and shore base operations, coordinating closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, subcontractors, third parties, contractors, and client representatives. Responsibilities include implementing and managing the AMUSE Material Management System for full traceability, maintaining data integrity within supply chain systems, producing materials status reports, managing receipting, manifesting, inspection, storage, marshalling, and issue of materials aligned to ISO job cards and project schedules. The role ensures all warehouse staff are fully trained in procedures and AMUSE, enforces HSE standards, manages interfaces from Engineering to Materials, coordinates deliveries per project plans, attends subcontractor and project progress meetings, supports business contingency planning and disaster recovery testing, and ensures all warehouse transactions are auditable and compliant with company and client requirements within large-scale oil and gas EPCM environments.
