The Digital Systems Technical Execution Lead – Industrial Digital Twin is responsible for leading the architecture, design, implementation, technical execution, and successful delivery of Industrial Digital Twin solutions across the complete asset lifecycle. The role ensures high-quality engineering execution, accurate enterprise data integration, engineering data governance, customer engagement, and digital engineering workflows while delivering scalable industrial digital transformation solutions. Working within Schneider Electric's Customer Projects, Solutions and Services organization, the position leads Digital Twin Architecture, Asset Information Management, Engineering Data Governance, Digital Engineering, Data Modeling, Metadata Management, AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM), AVEVA AIM ADF Loading, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Azure, AWS, ISO 15926, CFIHOS, ISA-95, ISA-88, OPC UA, and ISO 19650 implementation activities. Responsibilities include defining digital twin architecture, designing asset information solutions, establishing taxonomy structures, maintaining metadata quality, collaborating with Sales and Project Managers to develop technical scope, estimates, and project deliverables, integrating predictive models, anomaly detection, engineering analytics, and configuring AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM) including ADF loading, connectors, dashboards, class libraries, search configurations, and data governance frameworks. The role integrates engineering, maintenance, and operational data including P&IDs, 3D models, CMMS, Historian, DCS, IoT, SCADA tags, engineering documents, datasheets, and tag lists while conducting on-site and remote data validation, commissioning, configuration, and user acceptance testing. The Technical Execution Lead defines and enforces engineering information standards including ISO 15926, CFIHOS, ISA-95, ISA-88, OPC UA, and BIM standards (ISO 19650), coordinates with global engineering centers, manages project risks, interoperability challenges, licensing, upgrades, engineering change processes, audit trails, approvals, and serves as the primary customer technical interface. The position also ensures compliance with engineering processes, OT/IT cybersecurity guidelines, quality standards, risk assessment methodologies, and supports cost optimization, resource allocation, capability development, mentoring, and leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams. Preferred expertise includes competitor platforms such as Hexagon SDx/SPF, Bentley iTwin, Bentley AssetWise, Siemens COMOS, Siemens Xcelerator, AspenTech APM, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, industrial automation, engineering information systems, digital transformation, cloud deployment, historian technologies, DCS, SCADA, EPC environments, owner-operator projects, UI/UX best practices, and industrial protocol integration. The role requires strong customer-facing leadership, issue resolution, stakeholder management, and global cross-functional collaboration while contributing to Schneider Electric's digital transformation, automation, electrification, and sustainability initiatives.
