The role involves designing and owning end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand, product, and growth objectives, covering both top-of-funnel awareness campaigns and performance-driven marketing initiatives. The position requires development of scalable influencer program frameworks including creator discovery processes, onboarding systems, compensation models, and long-term ambassador relationship structures. The specialist defines key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure return on investment (ROI) and guide future influencer marketing investments. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with content creators across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience engagement goals. The Senior Influencers Specialist negotiates contracts, manages deliverables, and ensures compliance with disclosure regulations and brand guidelines while maintaining strong creator relationships. The role collaborates closely with creators and internal creative teams to develop authentic, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports campaign objectives. The position is responsible for monitoring influencer campaign performance using analytics tools, evaluating engagement, reach, conversion, and cost metrics, and optimizing live campaigns for improved outcomes. The role also includes conducting A/B testing and creative experimentation with influencers to refine messaging, content formats, and publishing cadence. Additionally, the specialist prepares performance reports and actionable insights for marketing leadership, highlighting campaign effectiveness, learnings, and optimization opportunities. The role works cross-functionally with brand, content, product, legal, and paid media teams to ensure alignment of influencer activities with broader marketing strategies and product launches. It also ensures brand reputation protection, messaging consistency, and regulatory compliance across all influencer marketing activities. The Senior Influencers Specialist manages influencer program budgets, allocates spend across campaigns and channels, and tracks financial performance against targets. The role oversees external partners such as influencer platforms, agencies, and talent managers, ensuring efficient program scaling and operational effectiveness. It also manages contract documentation, payment processing, and campaign financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
