The Manager – Marketing Events role within NeoBiz focuses on leading, planning, executing, and scaling all event-led activations for NeoBiz SME banking across the United Arab Emirates. NeoBiz positions itself within the SME ecosystem by engaging directly where customers operate, including high-impact industry forums, partner showcases, referral channel meetups, fintech and banking conferences, and freezone roadshows. This role owns the full event lifecycle, including event strategy, annual calendar planning, logistics, branding, vendor coordination, budgeting, execution, and post-event amplification. The role requires aligning event formats with key business objectives such as customer acquisition, engagement, brand visibility, partner enablement, and ecosystem growth. The Manager represents NeoBiz at external fintech, SME, and banking industry events, manages sponsorships, speaking opportunities, booth setups, and curated delegate experiences, and executes co-branded events with strategic partners, license authorities, marketplaces, and referral channels. Internally, the role leads NeoBiz product launches, customer roundtables, internal showcases, and ecosystem activations, collaborating closely with sales, product, acquisition, content, and digital teams. Post-event responsibilities include working with digital and content teams to repurpose event outputs into social media content, blogs, videos, and PR assets, while tracking key performance indicators such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and return on investment. The role operates in a fast-paced, full-time, office-based environment and requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and brand experience execution capabilities.
