The role proposes workplace organization improvements aimed at reducing labor costs while improving sanitation and hygiene standards across production areas. The Production Shift Leader is responsible for implementing corrective actions that eliminate all detected process deviations, digitizing manual operational files to reduce Non-Value Added Activities (NVAA), verifying material availability before production activities, and using SAP to perform stock counts within the production area. The role requires the ability to make critical operational decisions during production failures, establish priorities under pressure, apply preventative maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance methodologies, analyze factory and technical processes to identify opportunities for performance improvement, and support manufacturing excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Technical proficiency is required in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI. Preferred qualifications include the ability to utilize digital tools and programming to automate manual work, knowledge of UMS, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies, experience operating within semi-autonomous or autonomous production teams, and previous experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry.
