The Compliance Specialist at Foodics ensures company-wide adherence to SAMA regulatory requirements, supporting compliance monitoring, policy implementation, regulatory reporting, and internal awareness. The role involves monitoring compliance with SAMA rules, circulars, AML/CTF Rulebook, Payment Service Provider regulations, and Consumer Protection Principles. The specialist drafts, updates, and maintains compliance-related policies and procedures aligned with CP Principles and acquirer regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include conducting compliance tests across onboarding, customer disputes, settlements, merchant operations, chargebacks, and complaints handling, identifying control weaknesses, preparing regulatory submissions, maintaining inspection-ready documentation, providing compliance training, and collaborating with Legal, AML, Anti-Fraud, Operations, Product, and Risk teams on remediation plans. The position requires strong knowledge of SAMA regulations, CP Principles, and the acquirer ecosystem, with a focus on regulatory adherence and operational risk management in a fintech environment.
