Perform end-to-end internal audit engagements specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industrial Digital technologies, and Emerging Technology Assurance across ADNOC and Group Companies. Lead audit planning, pre-planning, execution, documentation, reporting, and wrap-up activities while applying risk and control concepts to complex AI-enabled business scenarios. Develop and maintain the AI & Emerging Technology Audit Universe covering AI Governance, business value realization, return on investment (ROI), AI lifecycle controls, process controls, IT and OT infrastructure, interfaces, operational resilience, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, and third-party AI dependencies. Develop and execute the Industrial AI Assurance Plan aligned with organizational AI strategy, AI use-case portfolio, technology rollouts, AI Infrastructure Readiness initiatives, and process enhancements. Coordinate with ADNOC Group Companies to ensure adequate AI assurance coverage and integration into risk-based audit plans. Perform highly technical audits and advisory engagements involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and emerging technologies. Develop comprehensive Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), audit programs, governance assessments, control evaluations, and audit procedures. Evaluate AI governance across model design, training data governance, inference data governance, model validation, deployment, monitoring, access management, explainability, bias and fairness, cybersecurity, compliance, third-party reliance, and business value realization. Prepare professional audit reports assessing governance, risk management, internal controls, operational effectiveness, and AI benefit realization while recommending practical governance and control improvements. Provide expert guidance on Audit Committee Charters, Internal Audit Charters, AI Assurance Methodologies, and governance frameworks. Apply advanced knowledge of IT General Computing Controls (ITGC), system development, infrastructure reviews, access-right management, asset management, change management, project planning, contracts review, system integration, ETL solutions, data modelling, and technology risk management. Utilize internationally recognized frameworks including NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 42001 AI Management System (AIMS), OWASP Top 10 for LLM, MITRE ATLAS, and COBIT. Requires extensive experience in AI governance, AI auditing, emerging technology assurance, technology risk, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and preferably Oil & Gas operations. CISA certification is mandatory or must be obtained within one year, while AI Governance, AI/ML Operations, and Model Risk certifications are highly preferred.
